Frequently asked

Getting started

How does Embody work?
Embody is a new way to experience women’s health care. Start with a consultation with one of our care coordinators, an initial visit with a provider or join a class.
What states are you in?
It depends which part of Embody.
What does Embody treat?
Hormonal, metabolic and gynecological conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, and skin. The full list is under What we treat. If yours is not on it, ask us.
Do I have to be a member?
No. Clinical visits are billed to insurance and we accept most major insurances. We have cash pay services, and you can drop in to any class or public event.

Insurance & pricing

Do you take insurance?
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans. Coverage depends on your plan, so a care coordinator checks your benefits before your visit and tells you what to expect to pay. Have us check your coverage, or email info@heyembody.com.
What does a visit cost without insurance?
$250 for a new patient and $150 for a follow-up. Pelvic floor therapy is priced separately. See Insurance & Pricing for the full rates.
Can I use my HSA or FSA? Can I get a superbill?
We accept HSA and FSA. We do provide superbills.
Is pelvic floor therapy covered by insurance?
Pelvic floor therapy is self-pay for now, and we are working to add insurance for it. We provide superbills you can submit to your plan, and we accept HSA and FSA. Rates are on Insurance & Pricing.
