    Our patient care coordinator picks it up, sends your patient portal invite and your intake forms, and tells you which provider and which visit type fits what you are dealing with.

  2. Step two

    We check your benefits

    Before you are seen. We tell you what your plan covers and what you can expect to pay, so the first bill is not a surprise.

  3. Step three

    Your first visit

    In person in Carolina Beach or virtually anywhere in North Carolina. You leave with a clear plan for next steps, including referrals when specialty care is needed.

Insurance

We accept select insurance plans. A care coordinator verifies your benefits before your visit and tells you what to expect to pay.

Coverage depends on your individual plan. Deductibles, copays and coinsurance still apply. Pelvic floor therapy is self-pay for now, and we provide superbills. We accept HSA and FSA.
