Bring your mat, or rent one for $5. Props and towels are provided. Just bring water.
Arrive ten minutes early and someone will walk you through the room.

Mom & Me Pilates

Mom & Me Pilates is free and open to the public, Mondays and Fridays at 11am. Bring your baby. No booking required and you do not need to be a member.
