Triangle patients see us virtually. Video visits with North Carolina-licensed providers, labs drawn at a site near you, and prescriptions sent to your local pharmacy. Records go back to your primary care provider or OB/GYN with your consent.
We work alongside the care you already have. With your permission we send visit notes and results to your primary care provider or OB/GYN so everyone is working from the same information. When a concern calls for an examination, imaging or a specialist, we refer you to a provider near you and stay involved through the hand-off.
Labs are ordered to a draw site near you in Raleigh, Durham, Cary or Chapel Hill. Most locations take walk-ins, and results come back to us directly. Prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy you choose. Your provider reviews results with you at a follow-up visit rather than posting them without context.

No. Most care is delivered by video. In-person visits are available if you prefer them or if your care requires an examination.

Intake calls are usually available within a few days and first video visits within the week.
