Every SPORTBODY class is engineered around three elements—breath, body, and beat—woven together so the work feels less like a workout and more like an experience.
Every class begins by establishing breath—awareness, rhythm, and pace. It sets your internal tempo and builds the foundation for presence and a regulated nervous system. Before we move, we land.
Movement layers on top with clear, accessible alignment cues. The body becomes the vehicle through which breath is expressed—strength, stability, and integrity in every posture, every count, every rep.
The final layer is intentionally curated sound. Music is selected to complement the energy of the room—reinforcing breath, supporting transitions, and elevating the experience without ever overpowering it.
When breath, body, and beat align, the class becomes cohesive, embodied, and immersive—a practice you can feel long after you roll up your mat.

Our heated classes are practiced in an infrared-heated studio. Unlike forced-air heat, infrared warms your body directly—for a deeper, more even warmth that supports mobility, circulation, and recovery.
Not your speed? Every format is also offered non-heated. The schedule marks which classes run hot and which run cool.
