Pelvic Floor Therapy.
Compassionate, whole-person pelvic health care for women — across pregnancy, postpartum, and every life stage in between. In partnership with the team behind Practical Pelvis.
Empowering you with practical solutions.
We understand how busy life can be and how hard it can be to prioritize your own health. Our pelvic floor therapy is designed to be flexible, supportive, and centered around you — thoughtful, individualized care that respects your time without sacrificing quality or connection.
Generic exercise handouts rarely lead to meaningful change. Our approach is rooted in personalized strategies, hands-on techniques, and realistic exercises that integrate into your daily life. The goal isn't perfection — it's progress that feels achievable and leads to real, lasting improvement.
The best outcomes come from collaborative, whole-person care. Our team works closely with your broader healthcare network — including OB-GYNs, midwives, urologists, chiropractors, primary care providers, and mental health professionals when appropriate — so your pelvic health is supported in the context of your overall well-being.

Beth Anderson, MS, OTR/L, PCES
Beth is the founder of Practical Pelvis and a pelvic health therapist specializing in women's health and the pelvic floor. She earned her Bachelor's in Occupation and Well-Being from Towson University in 2014 (cum laude) and her Master's in Occupational Therapy in 2015. She has completed advanced post-graduate training in women's health and pelvic floor therapy and is a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Her interest in pelvic floor therapy began during her first pregnancy, when she recognized the critical role pelvic health plays in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. In 2021 she founded Practical Pelvis to help close the gap in pelvic health care for women — practical, compassionate, and evidence-based.
Beth lives in Carolina Beach, NC with her husband, three daughters — Hannah, Isla, and Emma — and their dog, Oliver. With a lifelong background in athletics, including Division I collegiate lacrosse, she's passionate about helping women feel confident in their bodies and return to the activities they love.
Samantha Yeager, OTR/L, TIPHP, PCES
Samantha is an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy. She earned her Bachelor's in Nutrition Science from North Carolina State University, followed by her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Towson University. She is Credentialed in Physical Agent Modalities (CPAM) and has completed advanced post-graduate training in pelvic floor therapy.
Samantha's passion for pelvic floor therapy developed after seeing many of her clients struggle with the physical and emotional effects of incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction. Witnessing the profound impact that targeted therapy had on both her clients and herself — particularly across exercise performance, childbirth preparation, and postpartum recovery — only deepened her commitment.
She takes a holistic, client-centered approach, empowering individuals to optimize pelvic floor function and improve overall quality of life. Outside of practice she enjoys weightlifting, soccer, and quality time with her family.
Morgan Gorski, PT, DPT

She is passionate about evidence-based, individualized care that addresses physical and emotional concerns while supporting overall well-being, resilience, and a sense of harmony in mind, body, and spirit.
Her interest in pelvic floor therapy developed during her capstone project in Pelvic Floor Education, where she worked alongside a variety of pelvic floor PTs. Outside of practice she enjoys nature, hiking, gardening, meditation, weightlifting, yoga, and a good book at home.
